Our dishes
Meat and seafood appetizers include some classics as well as non-traditional
dishes, which are masterfully reworked
and matched by our Chef. Pennette
pasta with mussels, beans, tomatoes
and arrugola, hold the title of “Pennette
della casa” (House Pennette), which can
be found on our tables along with a
classic risotto à la “pescatora” typical
“spaghetti al cartoccio” with mussels,
clams, calamari as well as prawn, scampi
and fresh tomato. Among meat dishes
stand out our tagliatelle pasta with rabbit
and potato gnocchi with wild boar, as
well as linguini with fresh sausage and
antunna mushrooms and the classic
“colurgiones” (Sardinian ravioli pasta).
There is also calamari, shrimp, prawn,
scampi, fresh pesto, lobster and fried
catch of the day platter, but also a vast
selection of meats. Upon reservation the
delicious, prized suckling pig. To conclude
the evening, we advise you to consider
our “dessert corner”, graced by “Crema
catalana” (a dessert similar to crème brûlée),
Seadas (a honey- and cheese-filled baked
bread pastry), “tiramisu”, and many other
sweets and pastries of the day.
